What does shipping cost?
Orders over $75 USD ship free, worldwide. Orders under $75 USD ship for a flat $7 USD. If you're close to the threshold, it's usually worth crossing it.

How long before my order ships?
We send orders out within 24 business hours of purchase. From there, allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery.

How do I track my package?
If you have an account, log in and check “My Orders” for real time updates. You'll also receive a tracking email once your piece is packed. No account yet? Create one using the same email you checked out with, and your order will appear automatically.

It's worth creating one before your first purchase, too. Account holders enjoy 25% off their first order, on top of the convenience of tracking everything in one place.

If your tracking hasn't updated as expected or something looks off, reach out through the Contact Us form in the footer. A person will read your message and respond directly, not an automated assistant.

A note on timing: tracking can take a few hours to update once the courier scans your package. Orders packed over the weekend will update on the next business day.
